Full P&L responsibility of China and Korea operations at AXA Partners, oversee product portfolio across Credit Lines, A&H, Specialty Insurance (EW, GAP), Health, and with more than 200 employees. Additional responsibility also includes head of regional Motor portfolio, and as a Member of Regional Executive Committee, Asia.AXA Partners is an AXA transversal business unit, implementing innovative solutions emerging from the AXA group. Over the course of assignment, we have successfully redefined the business strategies: identify and grow in addressable segments, drive operational and cost efficiencies via digital transformation. Also we built up a strong leadership team, with emphasis on developing a winning & caring culture within the firm.By 2020, the company delivers the strongest growth (>200%) in business activities across all lines, vis partnership with the industrial leaders like WeChat, CTRIP, Porsche, SAIC-GMAC and market leading P&C and life insurers.As the representative of AXA Partners, I work closely with all AXA entities in China on key strategic initiatives (incl. China Health Strategy), and joint force in business development/partnership.During the term, my proudest accomplishment comes from a creation of winning and caring culture, and agile work environment, initiation of local talent/leader management program. We seen a significant lift in the company employee engagement. Key stats: 40% reduction in attrition rate and extraordinary turnaround in employee NPS (-12 to 62).

Greater China

On top of the executive position at Allianz Partners Great China, I am also assigned with full P&L responsibility of the AWP Insurance Broker, wholly owned by Allianz SE, registered under China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission. The set-up of the broker is to provide world-class financial and risk solutions to our clients, with seamless customer experience. The core offers leverages all Allianz products ranging from P&C, Life, Commercial, Credit insurances and services. We also promote product and services thru partnership with local leading insurers and service providers.We have managed to grow the broker business at +70% year on year, while achieved the profit for the first time in 2018 since inception.

Greater China

Mandate is to define company strategies and work closely with all functions to execute toward the Allianz growth ambition in Asia.With managing 7 business lines over 80 BD members, over 3 years we have out-beaten the market/competition in insurance and service lines, and achieved more than 25% profitable growth yoy , also managed to deployed new product lines/initiatives. The overall business has since grown over 70% in 2-3 years, and we have also managed to turn the Broker company into profitable position after 2 years losses since inception. The success is with our partnerships with market leaders in several industry lines incl. Auto OEMs/Dealers,Insurance and Banking sectors, E-commerce platform, OTAs/Airlines, Education Agencies, SME, etc. The product offered covers Motor (re) insurance and its affinity lines, A&H insurance, and Specialty insurance, we manage it by integrate end to end CX with tech and value added services.
