Primary assignment is to administer, develop, troubleshoot, maintain and train/support users on enterprise systems and applications but routinely tasked to lead and develop public facing enterprise solution projects by city executive leadership due to my extensive experience and ability to execute successful solutions with quick turn-around. Provide day to day development, maintenance, troubleshooting & support of city websites, web applications, online webinar and meeting tools, live streaming video and video archives and related communication tools. Design and develop customizations to add additional functionality or integration with other applications and troubleshoot user problems or issues. Develop formal and ad-hoc reports/queries on performance, compliance and for quality control.Provide leadership and program/project management designing, developing and implementing new systems or enhancing existing systems. Create project plans, assign tasks, track progress and provide regular status updates. Utilize several project management methodologies including: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and Lean Six Sigma.

Performed complex geographic analysis of land data and produced maps in multiple formats for internal staff and the public using ESRI, Google and Autodesk/CAD software. Wrote custom programming scripts to automate tasks, download data from external sources and perform custom analysis. Supported other GIS users, developed training materials and held training sessions. Participated in partnership with Google to enhance online maps including invitations from Google to present 3D and mapping innovations I created at their headquarters in Mountain View, CA.

Performed building, safety, housing, zoning and life safety inspections of commercial and residential properties and buildings. Reviewed planning and zoning submittals for compliance with codes and ordinances. Used programming and technical skills to streamline and automate manual processes. Presented zoning cases to public boards and commissions.
