I'm currently a student at the University of Idaho where I'm working on my PhD in bioenergy. My focus is in researching advanced fuels using bio-based sources. I continue my work with the Dept. of Energy performing free energy audits to local industries. I've taken up a leadership position with the group and began researching advanced energy saving ideas with physical demonstration scale projects. I currently work with the biodiesel education group where I promote, research, and produce biodiesel for the University's vehicles.

I support the college and ME department with various tasks relating to senior design, capstone projects, graduate research, and lab work with a variety of skills in electrical, mechanical, and computer IT support.

They contain technical data and are designed to educate higher education and those within the biofuel industry.

Energy auditor for the University of Idaho at the Industrial Assessment Center currently sponsored by the Department of Energy. I travel monthly to local industrial companies for a one day plant tour/free energy audit. I work with a small team of graduate and undergraduate students to make cost-beneficial suggestions to help these companies reduce their energy demands. Often backed with local energy companies and a knowledge of incentives, many companies save thousands taking our suggestions. I was recently the lead during a visit where I supported the team through an energy audit at a large machining company.

Initially I started as an Assembler constructing, testing, and reworking circuit boards for a fortune 500 company. Later I accepted a position as a machine shop machine operator for the passion of metal work. I operated, programmed, and maintained many machines including: CNC vertical milling machines, CNC lathes, waterjet, shear, and brake. I produced and measured many parts to high standards to support production and R&D. I was also responsible for powder coating and heat treating.
