Lead Solution Architect on some of the largest Programmes within LBG General Insurance, including :Architectural Lead on the introduction and integration of the Accenture Duck Creek platform into LBG GI. Involved from selection, through procurement, governance and integration. A strategic transformational Programme with complex integration to many legacy applications requiring innovate approaches to solution design, planning & Governance. Accountability for a team of onshore and offshore architects delivering the complete end-to-end solution design. Architectural Lead on the Solvency II Programme, introducing regulatory change across the General Insurance division. Most recently the Architectrual Lead across the Claims Simplification Programme within GI - simplifing, enhancing and improving the claims IT landscape to provide industry leading claims handling capability. Including the introduction of a SAAS solution from selection,through procurement, governance and integration.

Lead Solution Architect on the integration programme bringing together the HBOS and LTSB General Insurance businesses, the largest GI integration programme in Europe. Accountabilities include IT architecture and design assurance including complex cross divisional solution architecture, senior stakeholder engagement and group governance process compliance

Responsible for resourcing & development of BA's and SA's, overall solution design, goverance, planning and estimating across the HBOS GI Household Portfolio.
