I am senior pastor of Pointe of Hope Church. We are a non -traditional contemporary church. My duties include preaching, visioning, helping plan worship, counseling, and assimilating new members, teaching confirmation and our pointe class, leading a small group, and helping support our strategic initiatives of the church. IN addition to these traditional duties, I also coordinate the businesses under our care. We have a banquet ministry. We are developing our land. We have lease space we rent, along with HOPe Dental a non-profit dental ministry that we provided the seed money for and continue to support and help develop.

At Timothy I started a contemporary service that is still going on today and has grown to be housed in Timothy's south campus. IN addition to that initiative I was responsible for 1/3 of the pastoral care, along with the small group ministry, and was the direct report to the facility committee, and the education board

I was the solo staff member and was the ex offficio over all the different boards. I cared for 30 people a month that were shut ins. And was the lead of the planning team for the different service types we offered monthly. I also served as the district coordinate for LYF in Minnesota South for 2 years.
