CurrentAchieve Commercial Project Sales KPI.Identify Project Opportunities (work closely with Commercial Dealers).Improve and Grow the Project Sales achievement for assigned Commercial Dealers.Manage the assigned Commercial Dealers effectively to generate the leads, follow up and close the sales opportunities.Create and execute strategic GTM plan and drive to meet and exceed the monthly and quarterly SALES QUOTA.Arrange / schedule appointments with current and active customers to introduce new products (esp. networking products) and to follow-up with them on any upcoming projects in their pipelines. Created market segmentations and segregations based on assigned customers list and Product Manager pipeline lists (e.g. High Purchaser is 70% Class A, 50/50% Purchaser is Class B and so on). Obtained valuable feedback information from various customers for quality improvement services and further actions after reviewed by the management.Communicate at all levels and conduct presentation for dealers.
