1) Analyse the HR processes or procedures, and propose and implement new procedures, if necessary, in order to enhance and ensure smooth running of the HR processes and procedures. 2) Prepare cost/spending analysis to keep track and control HR expenses so that to ensure effective utilisation of the budget. 3) Recruitment - Identify potential and right candidates for vacant positions and to fill up the position within a reasonable time in order to minimize the interruption of the company’s operations. 4) Preparing HR reports for SHRM on monthly basis and as and when necessary.5) Manage the IT needs of the company to ensure that no disruption on the workflow.6) Managing staff disciplinary issues with the advice and guidance from the SHRM.7) Other ad hoc tasks relating to HR and Admin assign from time to time.
