I inspect prepared pallets of windshields for quality and packing safety, and delegate tasks among the packing floor team.

My position requires ensuring the best possible service to guests in order to maximize growth and profit opportunities for my franchise group. I achieve this by hiring and training the best possible work candidates, and promoting and empowering excellent assistant managers. I also participate in and oversee the ordering of food and paper items, and inspecting these items and handling them properly once they enter the store. I set standards for my team to follow while complying with company and government agency guidelines. I also met some great people and friends here.
