Responsible for global delivery of ServiceNow platform (PaaS program). Accountable for IT and Business Service Management solutions for the NetApp enterprise. Leadership role covering:• Strategy and vision for the Service Management architecture and platforms• Account management for Corporate Business Solutions (HR, WPR, Finance, Q2IO, IT)• IT process transformation• Mapping strategic goals, business objectives and process requirements into actionable solution architecture and design• Direct accountability for managing global SaaS/PaaS organization, delivering ITSM solutions from concept through to steady-state, (including customer engagement, product delivery, development, transition and operations)

Accountable for leading a multi-level tech support organization in the EMEA region.• Ensured regional alignment of regional IT teams to corporate vision• Established NetApp regional IT organization on Service Management best practices• Implemented a regional service desk operation for Europe, Middle East, and Africa, including hiring staff and implementing technology and processes• Partnered with other regional management to globally integrate knowledge and support processes into a single global service desk operation• Formed and led a diverse regional IT team across the geos, built this organization into a single Field Services unit which served as model for the enterprise
