I was to take inventory and keep up with logs. Making sure everything is tagged correctly andcommunicate with my team in quality assurance to see what needs sorted through, what can be sent out, orwhat needs inspected by usda. With our grading system I had to average everything up to show how much weshould lose out of whole lot and send email to HQ and see what they wanted to do with product. Receiving I was to make sure all theirtrucks had eta's to know if we needed to wait or go ahead and call it a day. Also make sure i had product on theload that I was suppose to, make sure it is tagged and inventoried. In receiving they were to grade the produceon quality and condition so we had an idea how much we would lose on the lot, or if it was good to be sentstraight out. communicate with repack if we were short on product but had the product to sort through ininventory making sure our numbers were correct. keeping track of logs and inventory.
