I have over 33 years management experience in a wide variety of roles within the energy industry which involved improving the efficiency of the department's I worked in. I also have excellent people management skills that include the motivation and development of staff.Due to redundancy I took up a new role working for a car finance company and was instrumental in setting up their Residual Debt Collection.
