CurrentReview of specifications, documents, and drawings, In order to understand all of the contract requirements. This includes knowledge of required materials, proper procedures, schedules, and documentation that may be utilized or specified in the contract bid documents. Negotiation of Subcontracts and Material Purchases. Scheduling the Project to meet phases and established deadlines. Tracking the progress of the project: Resolving scheduling issues and making proper schedule adjustments. Submission of required administrative documents. Development & Implementation of a Site Specific Quality Control Program. Collect, compile, & submit required product data, shop drawings, or other documents for approval. Review, project, and submit monthly Payment Applications. Confer with Supervisors, Owners, Contractors, & Design Professionals to discuss & resolve matters involving work procedures, complaints, construction issues, and over all progress. Negotiation of revisions & changes to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, & subcontractors. Tracking and compiling of all revision & changes related to the contract. Collecting and analyzing cost and production data from the field to produce accurate project cost and profit projections. Collecting & compiling of all required closeout documentation for submission.
