I am responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of operations and client reporting including monitoring any client service level agreements and ensure improvements are implemented where required. On a regular basis I work with clients and IT to develop report requirements to meet client needs and implement clients' changing needs into existing reports. Preparing client reports is done monthly, quarterly, annually or on an adhoc basis by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. In order to ensure consistency I maintain reporting system standards by writing and updating procedures and provide references for users by writing and maintaining documentation; providing help desk support; training users.
