Manage a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of rotary and fixed-wing aircraft, navigate complex regulations and Congressional oversight, integrating diverse stakeholders, team members, and budgets to drive successful outcomes.

Subject matter expert for the Security Force Assistance Brigade Commander on matters pertaining to Army rotary wing and UAS operations, oversee and manage the Brigade SUAS program, ensuring its optimal functionality and alignment with strategic objectives. Fulfilled additional roles, including interim Brigade Logistics officer, Brigade Personnel Recovery Officer, Brigade Primary Defense Travel System Administrator, and Alternate Billing Official.

Oversee the planning, execution, and control of Aviation mission operations for 27 Aircraft and nearly 300 personnel, collectively flying over 7,000 hours annually in support of JRTC Tennant units and Operations group. Coordinates and ensures the seamless execution of various missions, including Distinguished Visitor support, Paradrop, Air Movement, Observer Controller Support, Opposing Force Aviation, and UAS chase support. Direct supervision of nine individuals.

Supervisor of the Brigade Aviation Element/Air Defense Airspace Management Cell consisting of twelve individuals, Responsible for the integration of Army Aviation into the ground scheme of maneuver. This involves meticulous coordination with all airspace users, including aerial Information Collection assets, Army Fires, and Joint airspace users. Primary subject matter expert for the Brigade Commander regarding Army rotary wing and UAS recommending and coordinating airspace priorities and the allocation of aviation assets.

Assistant Professor of Military Science for Alabama Agriculture and Machinery University. Primarily responsible for cadet instruction on the nature and operations of the United States Army and prepare cadets for service as commissioned offices. Duties include oversight of the operations section, mentoring of Junior and Senior cadets and administration of the program Physical fitness program.Additional roles include billing official, pay role certification, University budget manager, and University Faculty Senator, and liaison to esteemed institutions such as the U.S. Space and Rocket Center, Command and General Staff College, Redstone Campus, as well as area Junior ROTC programs.

Serves as deputy and principal assistant to the Commander overseeing daily operations, training, and planning, leading a team of 657 soldiers. Responsible for managing the battalion's Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) and alignment of all staff planning and operations, while providing support to Company Commanders. Directly supervise six individuals in the headquarters of 40 individuals.

Directly responsible for the well-being, readiness, and support of 57 individuals and their Families. Oversee assets totaling over 15 million dollars across four physical locations, responsible for accountability and efficient management. Serves as the primary liaison between over 370 deployed individuals, their Families, and senior leadership. Leads a proactive Family Readiness Group, dedicated to providing comprehensive care and assistance to over 250 Families. Tasked with the critical responsibility of caring for redeploying wounded individuals and managing the reception and reintegration of all Battalion elements.

Serves as the Army Aviation subject matter expert while overseeing the planning, coordination, and synchronization of helicopter support for both emerging and ongoing operations for the Special Operations Task Force-East and its partnered forces, encompassing a combined strength of over 2500 personnel from various entities such as United States Special Forces, Afghan National Army, Commando, and Police units, both in deployed environments and while the 3/3 SFG (A) is stationed in garrison. Act as representative to the Special Forces Commander for aviation activities with both conventional and special operations forces from five different countries within NATO/ISAF. Additionally, offers specialized technical insight across a range of aviation domains, including close combat attack, medium and heavy lift, scout and reconnaissance platforms, medical evacuation, and the deployment of Aerial Reaction Forces. Concurrently fulfills the role of Battalion Safety Officer, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and OSHA compliance.

Managed assets exceeding $20 million, including 5 OH-58D Kiowa Warriors. Tasked as the Troop Training Officer. Serve as Task Force plans officer, responsible for the post-deployment training plan for over 600 Soldiers. Direct and supervise combat and combat support operations in direct support of U.S Coalition Forces in support of the Iraqi Security Forces (ISF) and the Provincial Government.

Responsible for the combat readiness, training, safety, maintenance, and welfare of 6 officers, 2 NCOs, and 3 enlisted personnel, along with their families. Assists in maintaining and strategically deploying over $24 million worth of air and ground support equipment, including 4 OH-58D Kiowa Warriors.
