Brian's practice is concentrated in commercial litigation, with a focus on fidelity and surety, construction and bankruptcy matters in New York and New Jersey. Brian regularly represents surety companies, contractors and developers in a wide variety of contract disputes, performance and payment bond claims, affirmative claims, loss recovery, bankruptcy issues and contractor workouts.Brian regularly authors articles related to the topics of surety law, and is a presenter and speaker at industry conferences.
