-Develops, negotiates and administers subcontract agreements ranging from IDIQ subcontracts with Task Orders to T&M and Cost Reimbursement subcontracts of moderate to large dollar value, risk, and complexity.-Creates RFP solicitations in accordance with Government and Leidos requirements.-Analyzes and estimates costs and negotiates specifications, statement of work, price, and other contractual provisions with subcontractors.-Ensures compliance on performance.-Process contract value, contract funding, and invoices of subcontractors.

-Developed templates, processes, and/or support of corporate testing of systems, to help streamline and manage program financials while looking for areas of improvement within the Program life cycle, proposal, execution, and close out stages and shared best practices with PC mgt and team.-Managed over $140M in contract value in active contracts including future option years.-Added a top dollar value contract in the Business Unit to my workload worth over $53M.-Participated in program reviews with Program Managers, Operation Managers, Division Managers, and other Program Control and Finance reviews.-Experience in being a team leader for an internal Gallup action review plan within the Finance and Program Control Department.

-Continued supported contracts within the Mission Integration Business Unit and Space & Geospatial Intelligence Business Unit with additional contracts and added complexity.-Assisted in the integration of programs and financials related to a company acquisition which included tracking a separate Costpoint system of financials.-Assisted in the Costpoint conversion of the acquired company into SAIC Costpoint.-Assisted new Program Managers from the acquired company with the SAIC and Program Control policies and procedures.

-Supported contracts within the Mission Integration Business Unit.-Generate, analyze, and maintain financial data for Program expenditures, sales recognition and future forecasting including EAC’s and prepare reports for Program Managers.
