• Represents DCS as the business owner for RCView, as well all other DCS IT systems.
• Manages the teams responsible for developing, deploying and implementing RCView, as well as other DCS systems to the regional and divisional workforce and to partners.

Roanoke Virginia

• Responsible for disaster service delivery in a 50 county area in the western portion of the Commonwealth of Virginia
• Supervise 10 Emergency Services Program Managers in those counties, whose primary responsibility is preparedness activities, capacity building and response in their assigned geographic area.
• Primary functions of my position are relationship building, personnel management, program development, policymaking, and oversight.
• Consolidated programs across the entire geography of the region into one team with consistent services delivered in a reliable and predictable way.
• Currently leading the disaster services program through a comprehensive reengineering effort. This includes changes in program substance, staffing structures and change management with a total workforce of over 700.
• Ensure financial controls followed on disaster operations, as well as in daily operations.

• Provided a variety of services to include electronic monitoring, consulting, and education services across multiple focus areas. Individual services included GPS electronic monitoring, organizational assessments.
• Services included face to face contacts with juveniles and adults on probation and parole in the Commonwealth, court testimony as it relates to those cases, and casework and updates to the courts about the individuals’.
