Implement and Support Attendance on Demand attendance tracking software.Troubleshoot and configure various types of time clocks.Answer support questions through phone and email communications.Work with Payroll Managers to insure the import of correct time card data.Create custom reports as needed.Work with Payroll Managers to define pay rules.Train new Payroll Managers and Supervisors on the Attendance on Demand attendance tracking software.Manage the implementation process of the Attendance on Demand attendance tracking software.Make client visits when necessary to install hardware and conduct training sessions.Build and configure attendance database to meet the clients pay rule specifications.Single point of contact for new clients during their implementation. Utilize customer service skills to take approximately 40 calls daily in a call center environment.Troubleshoot to determine hardware issues vs. software issues.Troubleshoot internet connections such as Dial Up and Broadband.Give PC setup instructions to end users with varying PC knowledge. Instruct end users on how to download various programs.Troubleshoot issues in Microsoft Outlook.
