•Leveraged historical entrepreneurial experience to spearhead strategies for corporate growth, integrated Japanese Technology in partnership with a Japanese catalyst manufacturer and the Japanese government to construct an automated modern brick factory in 2014 which produces environmentally friendly non-burned bricks to preserve the surrounding ecosystems.• Innovated cutting-edge methodologies for brick production in partnership with our Japanese partners, successfully executing a $2M project to develop machine-manufactured bricks which exceed the compressive strength of and had far lower water absorption than burned clay bricks.•Became the first nationally recognized brick factory out of hundreds in Nepal to perform processes involving animal/child-free labor. Proactively engaged with and onboarded 25 members of the local community, educated them on new industry skills for their professional development within automated manufacturing while ardently maintaining ethical work practices throughout tenure.

• Co-founded an internationally recognized business and oversaw its expansion, directing 15 employees to create a business which is a premier provider of solar power battery backup, and power selecting power backup solutions that has assisted circa 100+ clients including but not limited to the Norwegian Embassy, US Embassy, UN, Unicef, multiple local banks, businesses, NGOs and INGOs, as well as residential customers since throughout 2009-18.• Ranked as the one of the Top 3 Solar Providers in Nepal, selected by other Top 3 Solar Providers to train their experts and subcontract with them for larger projects, fostering corporate rapport during tenure.
