My sole passion is to help business improve/advance/grow their manufacturing operations. An ideal work day involves getting my hands dirty down on the shop floor, attending project and design meetings, interacting with co-workers/vendors/customers and finally sitting down at the computer designing a great piece of equipment or process.I treat all my daily business interactions as if everyone is the customer. The end goal being to make things better, more clear, and easier for all. This includes direct reports, operators, managers, co-workers, vendors, and customers. If I have brought about positive change to all these people, then I have done my job.
