I have a passion for leading teams to provide exceptional guest service through anticipating guest needs and delivering great experiences. My responsibilities have included operating and managing banquet and events departments, training new leaders in hotel operation best practices, and controlling departmental P&L at various properties. I have been an integral leader in opening new restaurants and building successful teams in the front and back of the house. My ability to deliver results is based on my experience at restaurants and a global hotel chain as a high level chef, operational manager and a senior banquet leader . I excel at making an immediate impact at properties in long-term roles or as a consultant. My consulting roles have included long-term assignments that were in need of leaders due to new program implementations or emergency leadership vacancies. In addition, I worked 6-12 weeks stints at all property categories to help them maintain operations during very important or large events. Outside of work, I enjoy spending precious time with my wife and twins. I also love traveling to visit family, friends, and exploring new destinations. Before visiting a city I like to check Yelp for the hottest new or old restaurants during my stay. There is nothing better than finding that hidden gem whether its a hole in the wall or a Michelin star restaurant. I am also a cinephile and a true sneaker-head.
