1)Product quality management and risk management. Collaboration cross functions and with quality tools to manage product’s quality and risks in the whole development phase, regularly presented and updated the status and risk mitigation plans to management team in the technical review meeting; 2)Product quality validation and Verification. Generated validation detail plans according to the product category and feature, coordinated with internal or external resources to complete the validation on time, in the meanwhile reviewed and approved related test reports. Modified samples, proposed correct actions and solutions if it’s failed.3)Product approbation and certification. Follow up with 3rd party authorities and provide necessary technical support in the whole approbation process to make sure the certificate released on time. update the status to project team timely in the process. Review and approve the initial test reports to make sure final certificate and test reports released one-time right.4)Product lifecycle management. Maintain technical data and engineering documentation into the internal system for released product to make sure it could be retrieved internally in future. Investigate and resolve technical failure or problems came from field complaint and related stakeholders. Find the root cause and propose correct action then implemented effectively to prevent future cases.5)Supplier quality management. Audited new supplier for new projects as a core member in audit teams, from quality aspect to inspect if target supplier could meet our company policies and requirements, besides that, confirm if supplier have enough competence could meet our product’s quality requirements. And then, give a voice from quality function to the management team in the final supplier selection. In turn, work closely with current suppliers, manage and drive them to deliver a “qualified” product on time in each project development.

And then complete the schematics and PCB drawings.2) Engineering Calculation and Component selection/optimization. Complete the engineering calculation and then select each component and part for this circuit base on previous calculation, then confirm all components and parts, release the BOM at the same time.3) Product verification and validation. request materials and samples for mockup building, build up the prototype when all materials available, and then start to test the samples to find all potential risks and problems. Finally, deliver an overall validation report to revise the design.4) Technical support in product manufacturing.
