Total annual fees managed between $1.5-2.5m.Overall engagement management including planning, budgeting, communicating with engagement team and client personnel, monitoring of progress, and analyzing final results. Managed engagement teams of 5 to 25 people to ensure completion of audit procedures under US GAAS and/or ISA and maintained communication with clients' senior management teams.Prepared proposals for audit and tax services for new clients and drove the penetration of audit, tax and advisory services on existing relationships.Experience in technical accounting areas such as stock-based compensation, investment valuations, equity instruments, financing transactions, asset impairment analysis, leasing transactions, internally developed software and foreign currency translation. Coordinated and led consultations with risk management and specialists on high risk audit areas.Responsible for mentoring and career development for 6 to 10 professionals per year. Involved in the recruitment and interview of experienced and campus hires.
