Mentor to two third grade boys. We meet every Thursday to improve their academic and social skills, so that they can meet FSA testing standards and develop into young men with greater academic and career opportunities.

RENEW members are peer educators responsible for giving group presentations as well individual instructional sessions to undergraduate students. We provide presentations on study skills, time management, stress management, healthy relationships, and study skills.

Worked under Dr. Kofler in Children’s Learning Clinic. Responsibilities included: reading and summarizing research articles, organizing and assembling equipment within the lab, and communicating with the other RAs to complete other necessary tasks for setting up the lab.I also gained valuable experience presenting research findings from this lab at FSU's Undergraduate Research Symposium.

Coordinated volunteer trips between FSU and Capital City Youth Services. As a facilitator, I supervised the activities of large groups of 20+ students (both FSU students and at risk high school students), as well as promoting community service to students not currently involved with the Center for Leadership and Social Change.
