Brian Miller is Program Lead and Volunteer with Project Healing Waters (PHW) in Northern California. In this role he is affiliated with the VA Medical Center & Clinic in Martinez, CA and the Diablo Valley Fly Fishing (DVFF) club in Walnut Creek, CA. Brian leads all aspects of healing through fly fishing by the PHW Martinez Program for disabled U.S. military veterans and the DVFF volunteers who support them.He was previously Director Marketing Transformation for Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). In this role, Brian led a worldwide Marketing Process Excellence team for global marketing transformation programs. Under Brian’s leadership, this team successfully delivered a rich portfolio of high impact, high value projects spanning all HPE Marketing processes and systems. Brian initially joined Hewlett-Packard in 2006 to lead M&A integration for the newly formed HP Software business. In this role, Brian led post-merger integrations for over $7B in acquisitions. He was later appointed as M&A integration leader for HP’s $14B acquisition of EDS, the second largest merger in HP’s history. Prior to HP, Brian was Managing Principal with The ValueStreams Group, engaging over 25 Enterprise Software providers for their industry solutions and post-merger integrations. In this role he was appointed to the Board of Advisors for Siperian, subsequently acquired by Informatica.In earlier executive roles with enterprise software firms, Brian’s teams developed industry solutions, marketing, and sales programs that increased demand generation, win rates, and revenue growth. Most notably at SAP, Brian launched the highly successful SAP Industry Solutions program for 20+ industry markets, contributing to over $250 million in new software license revenue.
