My responsibilities include editing new data into our database systems using Access and various other editing tools. While we primarily edit raw data in Microsoft Access, the databases we edit are imported into SQL server databases for use with the company's customer website. We will soon be transitioning into a SQL based editor designed to specifically edit our existing SQL databases. I provide technical support for the Macintosh OS as well as support for Windows 95, Win 3.X, and Windows N/T platforms. I also provide support for Novell 4.1 networks on both Win and Mac OS platforms. My primary responsibilities are to provide technical support for the Hallmark International Division. This responsibility includes setup and maintenance of specialized equipment, i.e. routers, gateways and servers.

My position involved resolving PC software and hardware problems without the need for a service calls or further intervention. I gained experience with Banyan, and Novell networking systems as well as other Mid-Range systems such as AS-400, Sun Spark 10-40, and other server related equipment.
