I am the Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) of First Hill Trust Company. Before being named COO of First Hill Trust Company in January 2022, I was a litigation attorney in Honolulu, Hawaii, at the law firm of Bays, Lung, Rose and Voss. My practice concentrated primarily on matters involving banking and finance, securities, complex commercial contracts and real estate law, where I represented individual and corporate clients in both state and federal court.Prior to my career as a litigator, I worked for American Savings Bank in Honolulu, Hawaii, first as an Operations Manager, where I directed enterprise-wide projects that involved contracting strategic segments of the bank’s operations to third-party service providers, and then as the bank’s Investor Reporting Manager, where I oversaw all reporting, risk analysis, and compliance related to American Savings Bank’s $1.4 billion portfolio of loans sold on the secondary market.I earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, William S. Richardson School of Law, an MBA from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arizona.
