As an Accountant,I contribute to the operational effectiveness of the financial management systems, by analyzing, developing, implementing, testing, and evaluating various financial models and processes. I work with the Accounting Department to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices, reconciliation of accounts, and resolution of discrepancies.I am proficient in finance and financial analysis, with skills in fixed income securities, credit risks, liquidity events, and other financial reporting. I have experience in identifying problems, proposing solutions, and generating ideas to achieve desired results. I am currently pursuing a CPA-K degree in Accounting at Strathmore University, after graduating with a BASc in Finance from United States International University - Africa. My goal is to advance my career in accounting and finance, and to apply my knowledge and skills to support the growth and success of the organization I work with.
