Assignment includes contributing to the ASO RFP, leading business/systems analysis efforts and producing business design of core systems in preparation for a new fee-for-service claims processing vendor. Engagement with SCDHHS business operations teams to define objectives for a new highly configurable claims processing system. Bringing knowledge of commercial system constructs for consideration with the new Medicaid system replacement project.
