Long experience in Road Traffic cases including fatality offences, firearms cases including firearms appeals and offences concerning mentally disordered participants are some of the bedrocks of past practice. In addition, I am available to represent parties in professional disciplinary hearings and coroners' inquests and am also available to advise on the merits of private prosecutions.I also provide a pro-bono consultancy service to small charities, in relation to policy development, health and governance overview, and in specific project delivery - including advocacy on behalf of the less confident speaker. I am an experienced Trustee in the Veterans and Heritage sectors. I have just completed a project to revitalise a 50 year old charity, with a result that has attracted wide praise. Show less
