· Oversees the implementation of the eight show season, the annual production of A Christmas Carol, and events. · Manages an annual scenery budget ranging from $750,000 to $1.5 million. · Responsible for the realization of scenic designs through technical, structural, and automation design. · Supervises a staff of two Assistant Technical Directors, nine Union (IATSE) Carpenters, and one United Scenic Artists Painter. Also oversees additional staff as needed. · Produces time and material estimates for each show. · Schedules and supervises work for builds, load-ins, and load-outs. · Produces construction drawings for scenery, rigging, and automation fabrication. · Maintains inventory of materials, stock scenery, soft goods and automation equipment. · Coordinated move to a 65,000 square foot scene shop in 2007. Responsibilities included design, layout, and outfitting of the new facility. Move was successful, on time, and did not interfere with the production schedule. · Coordinates the maintenance and repair of the scene shop facility, equipment and vehicles. · Serves on the safety committee. Maintains safety standards at scene shop and back stage.

· Supported the Technical Director by drafting scenery, procuring materials, supervising crew, and budgeting and tracking expenditures per production. · Produced construction drawings for scenery, rigging, and automation fabrication. · As the production technical director, toured shows to the Kennedy Center, The Brooklyn Academy of Music, and the Barbican Centre.
