Provided customer services involving: product solutions, rate negotiations, customer service, system training, technical trouble shooting and resolution, bill analysis, long distance planning and invoicing, fund recovery, phone system installation planning and project management. o Customer satisfaction/loyalty rates high for industry; average customer retention rates and resigns estimated to be 5-8 years verses low industry turnover rates. 100% of new customer base driven by referrals from satisfied current customers. o Customers state that they stay with BR & Associates because they found a reliable, problem solver, accountable, trusted advisor and personal advocate for the customer.

Managed 60 independent sales representatives covering the state of Florida with statewide market growth from all independent agents for three consecutive years: 1994, 1995 and 1996. o Began with this start-up organization as a sales representative, promoted to senior account manager and then agent manager within only two year time frame.o Responsible for onboarding process with new hires and staff training.o Designed and built customer retention programs reducing application processing from three weeks to four days increasing customer profitability and efficiency.
