Managed 60 independent sales representatives covering the state of Florida with statewide market growth from all independent agents for three consecutive years: 1994, 1995 and 1996. o Began with this start-up organization as a sales representative, promoted to senior account manager and then agent manager within only two year time frame.o Responsible for onboarding process with new hires and staff training.o Designed and built customer retention programs reducing application processing from three weeks to four days increasing customer profitability and efficiency.
