I am an Attorney-at-Law whose legal practice areas previously encompassed renewable energy, estates and probate, conveyancing, environmental litigation and employment law. My career began in medium and heavy industry where I gained extensive knowledge and experience as an Environmental and Safety Professional with a demonstrated history of innovation in the utilities industry. Skilled in EHS Management and Training, Maritime Operations, Energy Sector Operations, Project Management and Root Cause Analysis. I have demonstrated strong leadership and public speaking skills with an educational background which includes a Master of Science (MSc) in Environmental Engineering and Bachelor of Laws (LLB). Previously I have sat as Chairman of the Barbados National Advisory Committee on Occupational Safety and Health as well as the CARILEC Occupational Safety and Health Committee for their grouping of Caribbean Utilities. I am a commissioned Officer in the Barbados Defence Force Coast Guard Reserve.
