With a commitment to enhancing interpretations of geological data and improving understanding of the subsurface, I have more than 20 years of experience that spans advanced geophysical research and analysis, project and people management, and operations optimization.As a hands-on, adaptable, and analytical leader, I encourage my project teams to utilize data, their creativity, and the latest methods and technologies to solve our clients’ toughest geophysical challenges. Shaping culture to be collaborative and inclusive, we’re able to align directives across functions, and beyond that, drive process improvements to expand our capabilities as geophysicists. I place equal importance on quality as I do efficiency, often creating new ways of supporting our clients as well as field engineers, to always ensure a high standard of full lifecycle project management and delivery alongside safety and regulatory compliance. Leveraging my bilingualism (Spanish/English) and innate skillset translating complex concepts into action plans, I can also serve as a bridge for internationally based teams and technical and nontechnical personnel, to get everyone bought into- and excited about- a common goal.
