I was a flex team leader helping train new hires in our Customer Retention department and I save more customers that any other representative on that retention team. I had a mentor at Edge named Talor Hassel but he was moved into another department about 1.5 years after I got hired. He was an incredible motivator and just wanted me to succeed but then they brought a new hire from outside the company who I don't believe liked that I knew more about our processes and than he did and he found eery reason he could to write me up. I was in charge of making sure that we always had enough food ready for our customers and catered orders part of which included doing all the inventory and ordering. I did have a team fo 4 underneath me to help me get all the work done. My Father was a Mission President in Korea and 3 of his missionaries started the franchise and he wanted to buy one but they would only sell him one if I learned the business inside and out so that they would know that their food quality standards would remain. However, after my Mother passed away from ALS things with my Dad changed.

I was in charge of a group of 5 men who make sure that all homes would pass inspection for the framing and then go back after the plumbers, HVAC and electricians and Frame around the areas where they installed those things and then meet w/ the city inspector to make sure that we passed our 4-way inspection, (framing, plumbing, hvac and electrical)

I worked on the Directv project and when a customer called in to cancel his/her premium programming I would discuss all the great shows that they would be missing and give them a little discount to save them from cancelling those channels. My Mother was dying of ALS at the time and I ended up having to leave the position to take care of her until she passed.

I would travel to different parts of the US and sell alarm systems door to door.

I started out as the night shift front desk supervisor working graveyards but was soon promoted to Manager of the service staff. I then transferred into sales and became the assistant sales manager and sold $800,000 of memberships in a one year period. But then the they closed.
