- Responsible for I.T. operations/support at venues that utilize Appetize technology, such as MetLife Stadium (East Rutherford, NJ). Provided additional training to staff and consultation to Appetize representatives.- Implement the installation and maintenance procedure of point of sale, applications, interfaces, during high pressure projects.- Consult with on-site Appetize support staff and venue administration on POS application needs, recommended habits, and general tips and tricks.- Run live on-site support with supplemental preparatory work and proper reporting to both Appetize support staff and venue administration.
