I am in the top 20% of the highest producing real estate office in Snohomish County. I have developed a referral base business with an extensive list of loyal clients. I am a member of the office’s Agent Leadership Council (ALC), which directs the financial and cultural direction of the office and ensures the achievement of our corporate goals. I am a member of the NAR/ SCCAR and have acquired accreditation as an ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), and CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert).

As Director of this LLC, I developed a successful strategy to secure a four unit apartment buildingfor redevelopment. Managed and directed all aspects of project, including market research,budgeting, negotiating real estate contracts, hiring and directing contractors, overseeingconstruction, and managing finances and investor relations.

As Director and Development Leader of this LLC, I led three projects: The purchase andredevelopment of a 15 unit apartment building, the purchase and redevelopment of a residentialparcel into a 32 unit condominium, and the purchase and remodel of a waterfront home. Imanaged and directed all aspects of both projects, including negotiating real estate contracts,developing building plans, budgeting, securing bids and contracts, hiring and directingcontractors, establishing and managing progress goals, acting as communication liaison withinvestors and municipalities and managing the on-site construction team.

Owned and operated “WatchMasters” retail watch sales and service stores. I expanded fromconcept to four locations with up to 15 employees and $800,000 in annual sales. Duties includedretail sales management, tracking and development, marketing and business outreach,negotiating real estate and lease contracts, design and production of store presentations anddisplays, building, troubleshooting and repairing watches, developing and maintaining vendorrelationships, and overall operation of business.

Owned and operated “WatchMasters” retail watch sales and service stores. Developed four locations with up to 15 employees and $600,000 in annual sales. Duties included negotiating real estate and lease contracts, design and production of store presentation drawings, and overall operation of business.

As the owner’s representative for a large property management company, I assisted coordinating several major West Coast retail projects. My duties included coordinating of construction requirements; assisting in the preparation and interpretation of real estate, leasing, and construction related documents; performing on-site inspections to ensure correct construction methods; and managing all CAD files and space plan modifications.

Oversaw tenant construction for a large retail property management company which was adivision of Safeco. Duties included scheduling and design for several major West Coast retailprojects, including Redmond Town Center in Redmond, WA and Washington Square in Portland,OR; coordinating of construction requirements; assisting in the preparation and interpretation ofreal estate, leasing, and construction related documents; performing on-site inspections to ensurecorrect construction methods; and managing all AutoCAD files and space plan modifications.
