I serve as the Chief Operating Officer at Connell Foley, LLP, one of the largest law firms in New Jersey. As the highest-ranking non-attorney at the firm, I play a crucial role in supervising almost 300 employees. Working closely with the Managing Partner and Executive Committee, I manage the firm's non-legal operations, including administration, budgeting and financial reporting, information technology, human resources, marketing, and facilities. I ensure compliance with company protocols, monitors employee performance, and develops strategies and business plans to drive revenue growth. I also analyze internal operations and work with attorneys and staff to improve strategy, policy, problem-solving, and decision-making. Over the 14 years, I have opened offices in Cherry Hill, Newark, and New York City, relocated the firm's headquarters, and grown the firm by 82% in revenue and 25% in personnel. This growth was achieved through strategic planning, effective execution, and a focus on operational efficiency.Prior to joining Connell Foley, I was at Nielsen Media Solutions as Vice President of Operations.
