I see relationships as the cornerstone of teaching, and recognize the importance of personalized learning for students to aid them in being successful learners. I also mentor students, and help them increase resilience through a Growth Mindset approach. The most rewarding part of my job is when I know I have been able to help my students create a better future for themselves, options that they once thought impossible, but now see as something they can pursue and be successful.
