In this role I am responsible for providing solutions for life safety systems (i.e. fire alarm, security, access control, and camera systems) direct to the End-User. Face to face interaction with customers on a daily basis providing surveys of their existing systems and solutions for moves, additions, changes and upgrades. My knowledge of the electrical codes and standards, International Building Code, and NFPA 72 provide me the ability to handle projects from the initial survey, to design, estimating labor and materials, putting together the proposal, presenting the proposal to the customer, closing the sale, booking the order and then following through to see that the Project is carried out as promised and the customer is pleased with our products and services.As the account owner for several of our key end users, I work as the point of contact with many representatives from facilities maintenance, administration, project management, and purchasing.I take great pride in developing and building relationships and seeing that our customers receive the type of service, response and care that they expect and deserve. This has allowed me to continuously exceed Sales Targets year after year.

As a Technical Representative I was responsible for the Programming, Troubleshooting, Repair and Testing of Life Safety Systems.During my years as a Technical Representative, I received extensive training on Fire Alarm, Security, Access Control and Camera Systems as well as Fire Alarm Codes and Standards.Working with customers to solve and correct their system's problems allowed me to build trust and relationships with those customers which proved to be most beneficial when I transitioned to Sales.
