Responsible for the effective and efficient operation of all programs and services in four Integrated Primary Care Clinics that includes Pediatric and Behavioral Health Services and one Behavioral Health Clinic in Knox County plus one Integrated Primary Care Clinic in Anderson County. Responsible for leading a dedicated professional team of 125+ employees to ensure efficient and effective practice management techniques, the continuance of affordable quality patient care, assuring appropriate access to care through a Population Base Model, develop practice revenue and expense budgets to create fiscal stability, and the enhancement of the health centers’ image while achieving organizational goals consistent with the organization’s stated mission. Responsible for the oversight and management of a fifteen plus million regional budget out of a forty-five plus million Cherokee Health System budget. Develop a network within the Region through collaboration with other organizations and agencies to improve health outcomes in Knox and Anderson Counties. Coordinate new business development opportunities in the Region with members of the management team. Investigate new revenue sources, such as adding ancillary services, clinical research trials/contracts, etc
