Small university atmosphere led to lots of hands on and 1 on 1 training which helped me to learn much about manufacturing. Internships in college were mostly setting up labs at school, one helped develop a mobile concert stage, and one worked on improving productivity and reducing worker fatigue in a production environment. After college I spent 2 years working in a research and development environment with the US Navy concentrating on submarine acoustics. Since that time I've been working in manufacturing in a job shop atmosphere developing many innovative ways to create a wide variety of parts. My current endeavor is to work in a product development setting with 3D printing capabilities to create rapid prototypes and aid private inventors.Specialties: manufacturing, production processing, computer aided design and drafting, solidworks, cadkey, programming nc machines, tool design, product development
