Associate Director, Client Invoicing
Current(i) Managing 29 people comprising 5 Managers & the end-to-end Client Invoicing activities including fees setup, data acquisition from all systems, invoices production, accounts receivables & payment receipt; (ii) Monthly review & approve the proposed scope & result of controls testing executed by Control Assurance officer; (iii) Annually review Risk Control Self Assessment & the effectiveness of key controls; (iv) Monthly review & submit KPI to Top Management; (v) Managed both external & internal auditors.Established Malaysia as the Center of Excellence (servicing 3 countries & 2 core businesses) by resolving pain points & completing the processes migration virtually. Subsequently, hired people with MS Excel VBA skill, enhanced processes & created efficiency saving of 1 headcount.Took over sub-custodian network management invoices & payment activities, collaborated with in-house developer in designing, developing & implementing new invoices reconciliation tool which replaced external system application.
