Brian Sullivan is a seasoned marketing, communications, and business development executive with 25 years of experience, with an emphasis on public sector services and public transportation. Brian and his marketing teams have been recognized numerous times by the public transportation industry for excellence in communications (including numerous American Public Transportation Association AdWheel Awards and AdWheel Grand Awards), and he serves on the APTA Marketing and Communications Committee. He has been an active participant in other trade associations including the Florida Public Transit Association (FPTA), California Association for Coordinated Transportation (CalACT), Community Transportation Association of America (CTAA), and numerous other state and regional associations. He has managed complex customer satisfaction surveys and customer relationship management (CRM) programs. Brian has assisted multiple transit agencies, municipalities, and counties with their marketing and communications needs, including tax referendum planning, customer satisfaction, public relations, market and brand awareness studies, strategic planning, and transition plans. Brian was a founding member of and Chief Marketing Officer for the California-based transportation contracting company, Tectrans, Inc., which was recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of 2011’s fastest growing private companies.
