Responsible for managing Redwood's client relationships outside of the US and Canada client base - including UK, Australia, New Zealand, and France. This included delivery of business intelligence/analytic consulting services, strategic consulting, pre-sales support, development and QA support, and project management of custom BI projects.

My responsibilities were acting as the eyes and ears for the state office. I worked with the departments heads in the NJ state office to understand current procedures so I could travel to the various regional offices to assess performance and ensure business standards are met within each team/department. In this role, I also assessed existing loans with farmers in the state of New Jersey to determine if they are meeting the minimum requirements set forth in their loan contracts.
