• Led multiple business analyst and quality assurance teams responsible for requirements engineering and QA testing for a $60M global IT / enterprise transformation project built on .NET and the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. • Managed a team of 6 claims auditors and developed audit processes which resulted in $2.5M - $3M in claims savings annually.• Drove multiple process improvement / process standardization initiatives and system enhancements in field service delivery, vendor management, claims adjudication, and customer service resulting in annualized savings of over $2M.• Created the vision and requirements for and assisted in the implementation of a business rules engine which allowed for the automation of a significant portion of the company’s claims process. Wrote custom XSL/XPath, C# and JavaScript in order to implement several rules which went beyond what was possible in the rules engine UI.
