Finance Division Manager
Current- Finance Committee Liaison: Prepare, Manage, and Present Finance Committee and Board presentations.- Maintain investment policy for General-Reserve Investment Fund and ensure investments align with asset allocations policy guidelines.- Responsible for producing five-year corporate strategic planning, reporting and analysis.- Manage Cash and Short Term Treasury Investment Opportunities.- Collaborate with Human Resources on benefits strategies including health plan, pension and 403(b) plans to ensure competitive packages for the associations' employees. - Participate in evaluations and analysis of potential M&A and Strategic Partnerships/Investments.- Establish, track and report key performance metrics and their relationship to business performance. - Provide project management and financial analysis support to help make strategic business decisions.- Establish and maintain appropriate cost structure to achieve solid operating results by business unit.- Forecast real estate investments performance and negotiate leases for occupancy. - Design models to help measure and analyze fully loaded product and business line profitability.- Lead annual insurance and risk profile reviews and establish appropriate levels of coverage.- Ensure proper execution of operating policies & procedures and recommend changes as needed.- Evaluate Business Systems and make recommendations for upgrades and/or replacements.- Manage and develop staff of ten Financial Analysts and Credit & Collections.
