I've spent the last 28 years primarily working for the top two family owned tier 1 contractors in the UK, progressing up the ranks from a setting out engineer through to Board Director. Throughout this time I've gained a wealth of experience & knowledge, mainly in construction operations and delivery but also in the early stages of concept design, procurement & cost planning.The passions and beliefs that I have always maintained and shared throughout my career are teamwork, positive energy and respect for others. Possessing these values has created invaluable relationships and teams which has enabled industry leading changes to occur, paving the way for truly defect free handovers.Working extremely closely (or “partnering”) with supply chain partners & the design team, I have gained a plethora of experience across many different sectors in design, procurement & delivery. The bedrock of Infinite Partnerships is the earliest engagement with our design and delivery partners. It is essential and paramount when developing the right design, first time, which enables true alignment with feasibility studies and cost plans.By using this approach, presenting true out-turn costs at the appraisal stage, ‘design to the cost’ not ‘costing the design’ it is possible clients & investors are provided with absolute cost certainty with no unpleasant surprises and early return on investment.We all share the Infinite Partnerships ambition in challenging the status quo.
