I am currently an Associate Professor in the Construction Management Dept at MN State University, Mankato. My passion is to inspire young men and women to be actively involved in learning about their chosen industry. I am also President of Leading Change, Inc, a construction consulting firm specializing in connecting the field to the office. I been involved in the construction industry for more than 25 years, beginning with a family run sheet metal business. I completed my doctorate in Industrial Technology with an emphasis in Construction at the University of Northern Iowa in 2011.
