Dallas/Fort Worth Area

• Responsible for managing Steelcase’s relationship and growing sales volume with six Fortune Global 200 organizations
• Lead a global relay network managing large accounts that require the coordination of products and services across multiple cultures and geographies
• Traveled to customer sites within EMEA, APAC, & CALA to broaden relationships and lead client engagements
• Participated in ongoing leadership development programs focused on cultural awareness and global business acumen, including a two-day business simulation workshop in Shanghai, China in 2012
• Implemented value-add activities that helped clients drive innovation, reduce real estate and healthcare costs, attract and develop top talent, foster collaboration, and reflect their brand.

Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida Area

• Single Steelcase Market Manager for the Tampa Bay area responsible for achieving yearly sales revenue targets and being the primary source of support for the local Steelcase dealer
• Developed new business by implementing and leading a six-member Steelcase Inc. monthly leads initiative
• Responsible for dealer trainings of 18 employees from sales, design, and leadership

Cleveland/Akron, Ohio Area
